History makers into next round

WINTERINGHAM made it through to the quarter-finals of the Lincs Sunday Cup for the first time in their 31-year history with a 7-3 win over Real Ropery.
Six different Winteringham goalscorers – Gareth Barlow, Robbie Parker, Josh Hubbard (2), Nathan Kerins, Lee Moulds and Lee Markham – got in on the act to seal their safe passage into the next round.
Smiffys' keeper saves three penalties

Smiffys United's goalkeeper Nathan Ward saved an incredible three penalties during his team's 4-0 loss to Ingleby Arms Marton.
Tim Ronnis, Daniel Green, Alec Ambridge-Richardson and Joe Gilinski scored for Ingleby who scored one of their goals when one of Ward's penalty saves rebounded out to an opposition player.
Ingleby Arms are in fifth place in this division.
That was one of only four games to go ahead and all of them were in Division Four.
Leaders of the division Friendship Over-35s consolidated their position at the top with a 9-1 victory away to Owston Ferry SC.
They are followed by Ship Inn United who won 3-1 at Mowbray Arms.
Rose and Crown collected three points with a 7-3 victory over Stanwood Engineering.
Meanwhile, Real Ropery have now had their Lincs County Cup Round four tie against Winteringham postponed six times.
